Increased knowledge and advanced technology have enabled human beings to increase their life span since they can access better medical and better lifestyle. However, the same has increased other bad habits such as drug usage, obesity, unhealthy eating habits and lack of physical exercise since most activities have been simplified by machines and technology. With this observation, many individuals have turned back to healthy lifestyle living which is seemly becoming an expensive industry by itself. It has become expensive that those offering gym services, organic food or diet consultation are charging high fees. However, after watching Shilpa Shetty's Quick Fix Yoga video on YouTube, it becomes clear that one can have a full-body workout at the comfort of their homes or their place of work and enjoy the benefits of the same.
