The investigation is to identify problems been faced at Roanoke, Virginia branch and to come up with their solutions.

* Interviews. The following were interviewed:
1 The four clients that had complained about the advertising work at the branch.
2 Four employees from the arts department.
* Questionnaires. Questionnaires were filled by the following:
1 Two employees from the accounts department.
2 The four copywriters and three designers that want to quit.
* Observation. Fatigued employees were noted.
* Overall findings about the underlying issues.
* Poor quality work produced. This was as complained by our clients. It is caused by poor remuneration for workers, leading to loss of morale.
* Alteration of work done by subordinates by their directors. Employees want to quit.
* Fatigue.

This memo is written to inform you on my investigations of the current problems being faced at Roanoke, Virginia branch, my findings and recommendations to solving these problems.
Description of Investigation
I interviewed the four clients that had complained about the poor quality of work done and also four employees from the arts department .I gave out questionnaires to two employees from the accounts department, four copywriters and three graphic designers that wanted to quit. I made an observation during the research which was fatigue among the employees.
