The employee involved has to know that his behavior of watching pornography using the company’s computer and network is unacceptable, and he must end. The employee should also know that he should be transparent with each activity he is doing within the work premises. He should also know that his computer will be under monitoring. If his habit continues, he will face disciplinary action that can lead to his termination. Do you terminate him or not?
