Abstract
Primary cardiac tumors are sporadic, occurring in around 0.5 cases per million people per year. In this article, Siew et al. (2021), describe a case in which a heart tumor was "first misdiagnosed" as “heart failure” due to an “acute coronary syndrome.” Following follow-up echocardiography in the ward, the original diagnosis was revized. A 39-year-old man was first diagnosed with the acute coronary syndrome in the emergency department after he complained of heart failure and ECG ischemia anomalies. An echocardiogram in the ward revealed an enormous "left atrial mass" measuring 6 cm x 4 cm. Echocardiography revealed severe “mitral regurgitation” due to the tumor protruding into the “mitral annulus.” The onset of the cardiac malignancies may be difficult to pinpoint. Echocardiography is the best noninvasive cardiac imaging approach for diagnosing heart disease. This is why a regular echocardiogram for heart failure should be performed. Meanwhile, installing point of the care ultrasonography with an accessible facility may help the “physician diagnose” efficiently in the "emergency department" setting by eliminating other probable “differential diagnoses.” Treatment delays may lead to the development of chronic heart failure as well as potentially dangerous complications, such as blood vessel damage and blood clot embolism throughout the body.

Diagnostic Dilemmas are solved by Echocardiography
The “primary cardiac tumor” is a spontaneous kind of the tumor that accounts for approximately 0.3–0.7% of all cardiovascular tumors, making it an uncommon malignancy. It is estimated that 0.5 instances of myxoma per million people are diagnosed each year in the general population. Myxomas are most typically seen in middle-aged
