The discussion embarks on literature review of various clinical sources of information available to assess the prevalence and the mortality trades that are caused by the problem. The audit now embarks on the methodologies that were used in the study. It then looks at the data collection analysis and the discussion regarding important facts got from the study and then the conclusion that tell when there the audit was efficient or not.
