      Coca Cola is amongst the widely known organizations in the marketplace that has consistently met and satisfied the needs of its customers without fail. The company is recognized due to its nature of keeping its brand competitive every year. Through advertisements, promotions and generation of strategic plans, Coca Cola has been producing great products despite the various competitors that arise in the market. The market that these products are deployed to has increased gradually, resulting in the opening of branches of the company all over the globe. Hence, this fosters the continuous maintenance of its standards and undergoes constant improvements to be at the level that it is at the moment. 
The reason why coca-cola was selected for this strategic plan was due to the vast amount of data and information that can easily be gathered from the company’s website, and various sources can help in collecting the data required. The constant development and growth of coca-cola worldwide have been due to several innovations and improvement of the produced products. Furthermore, some guidelines have always kept the company intact, i.e. the mission statements, vision statements, objectives and aims of the organization and also constant analysis of the market, to identify potential opportunities and discover the threats. Therefore, this report is going to show how a company can be innovative and maintain production to sustain competition. Moreover, the PEST and SWOT analysis of the company should be a guide to how competitors are defeated while satisfaction and customer loyalty is kept. It will clarify the corporate strategic objectives, goals and the competitive advantage that the company has over other companies.
