My Activities on a Typical Day and My Special Skills as a CEO (Research Paper Sample)
This research paper required me to imagine myself as a CEO in one of the top firms and describe my activities on a typical day and my special skills. I described my typical day from pick the appointment book to confirm meetings and appointments as well as getting in touch of my schedule, meeting the departmental heads and executive managers to address complains, take suggestions and recommendations as well as resolving conflicts that may have arisen to conducting random meet and greet session with some of the employees and get to meet the new team members. Later in the evening, I catch up with the departmental correspondents on follow ups on the managers who may have missed the morning session through calls, texts and emails.
I have important leadership qualities like creativity. I think that activities should be completed as quickly as possible because auditing requires a lot of paper work that needs to be reviewed quickly. I also think in honesty. Auditing is similar to a body scan used in medicine to identify any diseases that a patient may have.
My end of the year target followed. I intended to leave a corporate legacy at the conclusion of my career that would benefit not only this company but also the entire auditing sector and the business community. The only way to assess a company's success is through auditing, and if this process is not carried out correctly, businesses may not obtain a true image of how their organization was operating.
