My biggest strengths as a leader according to the assessment include creativity which was one of my best-performing qualities. Within the creative dimension, I was also best when it come to having a caring connection with others along with self-awareness which is important when it comes to competent leadership. Caring allows other people to build their trust in a leader and his values which ensures that he can be effective in achieving the goals of the organization. Other attributes I scored highly on with regard to creativity was being selfless. This aspect I feel is an important strength since leaders are supposed to be servants who use their personal worth to inspire success in others. Such leaders tend to enable the success of others and by seeing value in other people, they are able to spark action in them.
Other strengths most prominent according to the assessment include integrity which to great leaders means being incorruptible and the capacity to choose what is right regardless of the consequences.
