From research, the consideration of ethics in general business activities is growing of importance basing on organizations. Misrepresentation in marketing is one the major issues affecting business basing on ethical theories which leads to effectiveness. In business, ethical marketing involves making honesty claims and helping to satisfy the needs of customers. Therefore, besides being right thing to carry out, ethical marketing normally has significant benefits to the business. In marketing, unethical activities in contract can destroy the business reputations and possibly leads to troubles. It is necessary to understand that basing on ethical theories, it is important to make important decisions and carry out activities that will benefit business positively. This paper explores a study in relation to ethical issues basing on marketing on misrepresentation.
Marketing ethics according to the research, regardless of the products offered or various targeted marketed set guideline for which good marketing is practiced. According to market, ethically and effectively one is able that reminded that all marketing decisions and efforts are necessary of meeting needs of customers, suppliers and various business partners CITATION Iti13 \l 1033 (busi, 2013). According to the research, marketers end up having social responsibility to people, places and various things in places. There are various unethical practices relating to marketing and even the products in any business contexts. It is clear those unethical practices in market research and also competitor advantage. It is very clear those ethical problems in marketing results from conflicts and disagreements which affects a business in various ways.
