Abstract
Food nutrition is not only a noble phenomenon but a very crucial factor, for a person's immune and healthy outcome is as a result of proper nutrition. Therefore, it’s the role of each stakeholder to ensure that the diet goes hand on with bodily requirements. Moreover, proper diet should not be just an action but should be under higher level of planning. in this perspective, the study seeks to analyze obesity, with reference to poor nutrition, and the relevance of vitamins in ensuring that an individual level of obese is critiqued. Additionally, the use of Body Mass Index (BMI) is also applied in the study to ensure that an individual knows the level of her obesity.

Nutrition plays a very critical and crucial role in the life of every organism. Both flora and fauna require nutritional values to ease their mode of survival. Survival benefits include the essence of reproducing and siring healthy offsprings. The health of the offspring is also determined by the nutrition offered during their growth and development stages. Simultaneously, human beings rely upon favorable nutrition which in general aid upon preventing and catalyzing nearly all the key developments in their body. Conversely, relevance of healthy lifestyles is mirrored through food nutrition perspective. Therefore, food nutrition is the key factor upon determining the healthy benefits that an individual shall incur all through her lifetime. Thus, the study shall examine and offer relevant information on nutrition from the public health standpoint whistle considering three key points, which include poor nutrition and obesity, vitamins as well as critiquing their importance, also healthy eating habits to improve nutritional values to an individual.
Definition Of Terms
From the science perspective, food nutrition is interpreted as the health interaction where all the key nutrients, as well as various key food substances, are geared upon growth, maintenance, reproduction, diseases, and health of the organisms. Food nutrition, therefore, involves intake rate and percentage of food, assimilation, absorption, catabolism, biosynthesis, and excretion.
