MEDICAL EVALUATION ON CLUSTER CARE
Introduction
The wish of every patient is to receive an effective and reliable medical attention from a medical practitioner. On the other hand, professional health care providers, strive to offer their best services ensuring that all patients are attended reducing cases of mortality rates and extreme pain at the required time. Recently, case of increase level of malaria has been evident in many hospitals raising a medical reason for immediate attention to curb the spread and reduce the effects associated with its prevalence (World Health Organization, 2016). Most hospitals have adopted cluster care in an attempt to improve medical care among patients. The individual medical attention has been viewed as time-consuming increasing office time wait for the patients. The process of clustering involves grouping patients in terms of age, the region as well as social-economic factors then administering the same medical attention for the case of the same illness. Consequently, there is a need for hospitals to evaluate cluster care in terms of patients satisfaction as well as the office wait time minimisation for malaria patients.
Framework
Projects related to data gathering, tabling and analysis require a well-stipulated methodology. Getting medical data related to race, region and ethnicity has never been accessible. Most of the data gathered by some organisation has been considered biased since it may use a few individuals' traits of malaria to affirm their detailed reports, underpinning the project purpose. However, some methods have success depicted recommendable result in medical data collection (Luo, Gopukumar, & Zhao, 2016). Some of the best methodologies that have not underpinned medical projects on malaria treatment include; Health Information Technology, Healthy surveys, Administrative enrollment and billing records as well as a randomised crossover clinical trial by Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) (Bruxvoort, 2014). Cluster care project may be undermined by; the methods of data collection, time for the project completion as well as the participant's traits.
