This is a master’s class of Organizational Change Management. The idea of this report is to pick an organization that I worked for that had an organizational change in UAE in Abu Dhabi. I work for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Recently there was a merge between ADNOC companies (if you can talk about ADNOC that is good if not because of the lack of resources list me the organizations that you can talk about) or you can mention in the report that because of the lack of resources most of the things that motioned is by experience because I work there, and make things up (hypothetically as if it is real) the new name of the company is ADNOC Group.
