Project Management
The constant changes in the labor market today is as a result of the advances in the information technology. HR professionals are now indebted to perform better and do more with less capacity, which places them in an awkward position to reassess their structure and redefine their duties. To attain this, the HR section should be integrated with the business component to developing a centralized model of delivering HR services. Nonetheless, the project should be directed and managed effectively to ensure it is feasible and sustainable.
Directing and Managing Project Work
To successfully direct and manage the HR project means working towards the intended goals to ensure the designed model is going to efficient and exemplary. The actual procedure in managing and directing the project contains four distinct features. The first step involves executing the project management plan to outline the project deliveries. The second part entails initiating the approved recommendation, defecting maintenances as well as correcting and instilling preventive actions (Gisler, Gray, Roman, & Rothstein, 2018). The third phase involves putting in place the prearranged approaches, procedures and standards into the model. Lastly, the project leaders are served with status information of the project to assess and comment on the progress. When the project has been skimmed through these guidelines, it would be fair to claim that its management and directing is heading in the right direction.
