How Servant leadership principles are evident in Falun Gong and Chinese Culture
In servant leadership, individuals are expected to come together for a common purpose because it promotes community building. The community building principle is evident in Chinese culture because it promotes harmony, which aims at building societies. According to the values of peace in Chinese culture, people are expected to ensure balanced and proper coordination between things. It advocates for unity, not uniformity, which leads to people coming together irrespective of their differences (Bangcheng, Wei, & Yen-Chuan, 2015).
