The performed analysis depicts the importance of ethics in the decision-making process of an organization and how the ethical theories are to be implemented in order to resolve the issue of ethical dilemmas in the workplace.
The unethical decisions taken by the management significantly affect the performance of the business as it contributes to developing a feeling of detachment among the workforce. Now the main question is what steps decision-makers should consider to resolve the dilemma as well as what steps management should take to ensure ethical decision making. Hence in the performed analysis, we have critically discussed the steps that decision-makers should consider to resolve one of the ethical dilemmas i.e. "Discrimination and Harassment". Moreover, we have also formulated a plan which will help the decision-makers in taking ethical decisions concerning the workforce.
Introduction
An ethical dilemma can be referred to as a situation when the decision taken by an individual is considered right from one point of view and is considered wrong from another point of view. Therefore, it is very much essential on part of the management and the decision-makers to consider the ethical principles while forming a decision in regard to ethical dilemmas. It is very much essential for management to make the most ethical decisions in order to sustain its position in the competitive market as customers are more interested to purchase products from those entities that are very ethical and honest. Concerning the above description, this article critically discusses about one of the ethical dilemmas i.e. "Harassment and Discrimination". The article also discusses the ethical theories which can be applied to resolve the same. A plan is also developed which would help the decision-makers in taking ethical decisions concerning the workplace. Towards the end, the performed research work also discusses the key ethical issues that may arise due to dilemmas and the stakeholders who will be significantly affected by the ethical decisions taken by the decision-makers in the workplace.

It is very much important on part of the management to take more ethical judgments as it would have a significant impact on the growth and productivity of the entity.
