2.1 Introduction
According to Shaikh & Karjaluoto (2015), a literature review is a survey of the scholarly sources on a given topic. In this research paper, this chapter critically reviews various pieces of literature on the impact of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) on employer branding. To achieve this, the chapter is divided into different sections. The first section discusses employer branding, whereby it explores various definitions of employer branding and factors influencing it. The second part also analyzes the recruitment process outsourcing, whereby various definitions, factors influencing recruitment process outsourcing, and the effectiveness of recruitment process outsourcing are explored. The third part discusses the impact of recruitment process outsourcing on employer branding. The last part gives the conclusion of the entire chapter.
