I am writing in regard to the application of a job for a position of a property management. As the dynamic business world keeps on changing levels, there is need to have a new approach. I have a 4 years’ experience as a property manager and you can be sure that I have gained expertise in the field. My motivation for the job comes from a deep sense of interest and passion for real estate. I understand that every business that is not well managed will fail, the quality of investment notwithstanding.     The three job postings that are in line with this career are what I have been doing as part of experience. I have done the three assignments for various companies and they have been part of building of my expertise. I did as a financial manager, a property supervisor and also as a supervisor. I have prescribed the companies that I have worked for, their background, their salaries, their gross income,working tenure and the positions I held below.    I worked as a financial manager for realtorltd holdings from June 2012 to September 2014.  As a financial manager, I was able to audit for the holdings and take it to the next level. The company was then young as it had only operated for two years. During my tenure in office, I was able to control expenditures from 6600$ to 4500$ and most of the times we spent less and we were on budget. I was able to account for all the things that happened and this was an advantage to the employer. I also ensured that I linked that with being an agent because tenants had to submit their rental payments on time. I left the job to operate on a higher level as the company grew. By then my salary increased from 700$ to 1200$ within the first 3 months. Our gross in total was 4.2 million dollars monthly.
