These conferences were held annually since 1984, until it was decided to have them biannually in 1994. The International AIDS Conference is the biggest forum that is held on the health issues. Its main idea is that of providing information of new developments in science and strengthening the response policy for the epidemics of society. Works done by the IAS professionals needs to be released into the masses in the small, but frequent doses. The third point or factor is the use of responsiveness. The IAS does not discriminate anyone; every single person in the world has access to the open information and can always contact the organization on the count of comments or questions on the matter. In this case, it becomes extremely essential in promoting its services it offers to people and, therefore, regarded to meet customer requirements. The fourth factor is on leadership. With leadership, a lot of that is channeled to the advocacy work and to the diversity, proficiency and vitality of its membership and leadership, the IAS has positioned itself as a perfect example of an organization, which plays a vital role in the global AIDS community. Fifth is the application of an engagement program. The staff of the IAS works in perfect coordination with each other’s decisions. The work of the IAS is equally divided between the conducting Society’s work and the work that is done by Conferences. Coordination in most of the workplaces is exceedingly essential when it comes to quality of work done.
