Importance of the research
This research will be very important to various organizations that manage not only SaSa international limited. Specifically, the research paper will assist organization managers in understanding their employees better. In addition, the research will also assist organization leaders from other companies who are in the retail business to know how to motivate their workers.
Research Assumption
One of the major assumptions in this research paper is that there is an increasing interest in how to increase and improve sales in the Asian market through staff motivation
TASK 2: LITERATURE
According to Patton (2014), research questions usually comes with different approaches and forms. This determines the research methodology that one is going to use. Quantitative and qualitative forms primary methods that are imperative in the exploration and explanation behind a certain topic. Over the years they have been conflict about the most sustainable techniques especially in the domain of social science. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are specially used according to data gathering technique and analyzing the collected data CITATION Gra15 \l 1033 (Graeme Shanks, 2015).
Quantitative research methods usually emphasizes on objective measurements, mathematical, and numerical numerical examination collected via online surveys and by the act of manipulating statistical data which was existing before using the various computational techniques. Second, quantitative methods focuses on gathering of numerical data and the act of generalizing across the various groups of people. It is also used to explain certain phenomenon. The main aim of conducting quantitative research study is to determine the relationship between outcome variable with a certain population. The main features of quantitative research methodology are; information and data is usually gathered using structured the various research instruments. Second, results obtained in quantitative research methodology is based on a very large size samples. Third, the research study can be imitated or be repeated given high reliability required in a certain research. Forth, the researcher has the ability to clearly define the various research questions on which they are able to discuss research objective. Fifth, all the aspects of research study are carefully designed before research data is collected. Sixth, since research data can be various forms i.e. statistics and in number form, they can be rearranged in charts, non-textual, figures, or charts. Lastly, a researcher can analyze online data collected using the various computer software or various statistical tools.
