Executive Summary
Tesla Motors is a company which majors in making auto-parts, solar panels and other items. The company was founded in 2003 at San Carlos, California. The company does the manufacture of autos with no limits. This company was a major for batteries; later on, with advancements in technology, it extended its services to electric car manufacture. The CEO for Tesla, Elon Musk was once noted stating that, with advancements in technology, the company would soon start offering batteries for homes and other dynamic services. This should be linked to financial aids from the organization (Doeden, 2015). 
Furthermore, the services of Tesla seem to be simple and primary in most vehicles unlike it is in the opponent gas controlled autos. The company focuses on production of long lasting batteries that will serve long distance travels for electric vehicles. An example is the production of Model S which serves an average distance of 270 miles. This remains a great challenge to the company at large.
Problem Statement
Here, the point to be illustrated is whether Tesla Motors have caused the disruption of the auto industry or not. The existing companies tend to cannibalize profits of their lines as they come up with new brands of vehicles. The reality of this arguments has not been presented based on the other side of technology, whose fact is the future of cars being in electric state of operation (Doeden, 2015). 
This issue of prioritizing electric cars is as a result of its cheapness in generation to installation as compared to fuel cars that require a lot of processes before power is generated at the wheel.
Secondly, the issue of carbon dioxide emission is an environmental is affecting the worlds’ population. Creation of electric cars would be the solution that will bring the elimination of this gases. Again, in comparison to their speeds, the response for electric cars regarding power output is very high as compared to fueled vehicles.

The point of concern here is the services Tesla Motors tends to offer to its customers in regard to the supply of batteries to homes, organizations. This seems like tampering with the business of other auto industries. Tesla Motors find it too easy for them to adopt this electric technology. Though they may seem to conflicting with other renewable sources manufactures, to them, this will be a great opportunity to provide assistance to the utilities.
It is very open that the renewable sources energy would be providing enough power but satisfying the intended interest level would be their weakness. Therefore, the batteries that Tesla would be making could be the solution for most homes as they are capable to harvest and preserve more power for future through the use of the batteries provided. This is currently seem being practiced in most private homes though the practice is not wide spread (Doeden, 2015). 
In regard to technology aspect, Tesla Motors are forming a solid foundation as being the sole supplier of batteries. Despite believing that the company will not manage to decrease the capacity of supplies for batteries at the current world, but this will help to cater for the needs of most Americans.

This is the second issue that needs to be touched. The company’s fueling set up is very simple in regard to gas controlled auto industries. As earlier addressed in the executive summary, is a great challenge to ensure that there is enough charge contained in Model S to necessitate the coverage of 270 miles considering long distance. This is not simple task that can be assumed to be easily solved.
