Modern society, or modernism, is demarcated as people living together in the present time. Deliberative Democracy:
Deliberative democracy or discursive democracy is a system of democracy in which discussion is vital to decision-making. It accepts rudiments of both agreement decision-making and mainstream rule. Deliberative democracy varies from outmoded democratic theory in that authentic discussion, not simple voting, is the main source of legality for the law.
While deliberative democracy is normally seen as some system of a mixture of demonstrative democracy and straight democracy, the actual association is usually open to argument.
