According to Osterwalder, Pigneur, Bernarda. and Smith (2014 p. 102) value proposition is strategic alignment of products and services on the market to achieve unique value to a particular client segment. VP as it is popularly known is central to all businesses, and it is an outward show of a company’s innovativeness. In many business spaces, a keen examination reveals that many entities do not have any uniqueness in the business dealings except that their competitive edge mainly concentrate on advertising and pricing (Lee, Ha, & Kim, 2001 p.311) In all jurisdictions, supply chain included, there is an all agreed conclusion that the customer is a key determinant of value proposition. In this paper I think along the line of Wójcik, Wasowska, Oblój, and Ciszewska-Mlinaric (2017 p. 19) by focusing on Beat Headphones supply chain value proposition within London region.
2.0 The design of a supply network which geographically maps suppliers, distributors, manufacturing and consumers
Headphones supply chain follows a typical; suppliers, distributors, manufacturing and consumer network. This structure has been known to support business units which are trend setting such as the headphones. The Beat Headphone industry in London follows the below map.
