The aim of the research was to assess and analyzes the relationship between the employee’s psychological wellbeing and the patterns of leadership. The authors of the research conducted two studies to complete the analysis. The authors used interviews and observation methods to carry out the survey effectively. One study was based on the hypotheses which determine the positive relationship between the meaningful work of the employees and their positive and efficient wellbeing. The study’s survey included the Canadian health workers. In the second review of this research, a separate study sample was originated in which the authors identified the effectiveness and efficiency of the transformation leadership styles and well beings of the people. The study showed that the wellbeing of the employees and the transformational leadership style have a strong positive relationship with each other. The transformational leadership styles are one among the best leadership styles used in the modern world today. It increases the motivation and dedication of the employees in the organizational working environment. This particular study revealed that the active transformational leadership style is a key to the wellbeing and mental health effects of the employees. The transformational leadership is effective for the wellbeing of the employees in the organizations. The transformational leadership style is famous all around the work, and the authors of the research study have done considerable research. The transformational leadership style leads to the improvement of the wellbeing of the employees in a working environment. This study showed the importance of the leadership styles in the working environment of the organizations which could impact positively and negatively to the employees.

The aim of the research was to assess and analyze the leaders who adopt the transformational leadership style, and they improve their styles with training and learning, with the ones who adopt the style but never tried to improve it or make it better. More than 50 leaders were selected for the research study, and these all were the ones who were attending training on the transformational leadership styles development. The behavior of these leaders was observed before and after the training sessions. The results showed that the training session increases the abilities, capabilities, behaviors, and efficacy of the leaders. Their behavior is also analyzed by the peers, employers and other people of the organizations. The results of the study showed and revealed that the people or leaders who adopt the transformational leadership styles and attend training to develop these methods are more effective, efficient and great in the behavior as compare to the ones who did not attend any meeting for the improvement of their abilities. Leaders who get the training to improve their leadership styles efficiently develop their techniques also improve their positive behaviors towards the other people and employees in the organizations and industries. It shows that people who attend the training to make their styles better and improved achieves their goals and make themselves better as compare to other ones who do not want to be the change or make their selves better for the organizational structure and culture. It shows the difference between trained and untrained people who impacts positively and negatively in the working cultures of the organizations. Trained people are more effective as they are committed towards their future growth and professional development. So, this study is an important contribution towards the effectiveness of training in the professional working cultures in the organizations.

The aim of the research is to analyze and assess the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the people and their transformational leadership styles. Emotional intelligence is an approach in which an individual could be able to develop competency to control his emotions and the ability to develop other’s emotions as well. This particular research study aimed to find out the link between the transformational leadership styles and the emotional intelligence of the leaders. The study evaluates that the people or leaders who are emotionally intelligent and have adopted the transformational leadership styles able to develop the emotional skills at their work. Many studies and researchers showed that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership styles which makes them each other's attributes and antecedents. The study used the method of multi-rater assessment strategies for the assessment of the variables. This method is considered as the effective method to analyze the research outcome. It showed that the transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence are not linked to each other. It created the other studies ambiguous and unworthy with its results and recommendations. It revealed that the old studies which represented the positive relationships between the transformational style of leadership and emotional intelligence are now not worthy for referencing in the future. This study showed that the future studies need effective and more accurate tools to determine the data of the studies. It is a positive and valuable effort towards the future studies of the transformational leadership styles studies.
