More than 50 leaders were selected for the research study, and these all were the ones who were attending training on the transformational leadership styles development. The behavior of these leaders was observed before and after the training sessions. The results showed that the training session increases the abilities, capabilities, behaviors, and efficacy of the leaders. Their behavior is also analyzed by the peers, employers and other people of the organizations. The results of the study showed and revealed that the people or leaders who adopt the transformational leadership styles and attend training to develop these methods are more effective, efficient and great in the behavior as compare to the ones who did not attend any meeting for the improvement of their abilities.
