The issues facing the company

The company is facing a marketing challenge where consumers only become one-time clients. The entrepreneur should find ways to enhance brand recognition within the market by employing different online and offline marketing procedures to create brand loyalty. Another issue facing the Wellness Box organization is the lack of congruence in terms of the products offered. This makes it difficult for the business owner to effectively segment the market and provide proof of product effectiveness to the consumers.
