I have learned that it is important for companies to ensure that their consumers are happy since it has a reciprocal effect. Additionally, Coca-Cola has been capable of surviving in the beverage industry for a long period because it has embraced social media. Notably, the firm has more than three hundred responses that it has created to suit its different customers. The knowledge that I have acquired from watching the video will enable me to develop personalized advertising campaigns which is important in shaping my brands digital strategy. The image indicated below shows Coca-Cola’s customized branding which is aimed at creating a sense of belonging among its consumers. Instead of including the name of the company, the management of Coca-Cola decided to sell its products using personalized names that people can relate with.
