The medical field is a crucial element of society necessary for the general well-being of every civilian. Recently, there has been an increase of healthcare malpractice stories that go unpunished as the people conducting these activities are either in an eminent social class with enough resources to bypass all rules or have various unknown reasons and excuses to escape the consequences of malicious acts. Although some of these theories are false and just stories created for personal gains, regulations should govern these activities. Introduction/Synopsis
This article analyzes the story of lawyer Robert Mckenna III who appeared in a viral video bragging about his victory in a case where he defended Dr Essam Quraishi against the family of the late Enrique Garcia Sanchez. In this lawsuit trial, Dr Quraishi was accessed of puncturing Mr Garcia’s colon during a medical operation which allegedly led to his demise (Silva, 2020).
