Practical leadership skills are not only necessary in the corporate world or governance but also in other dimensions of life. For one to live a life considered prosperous and successful; leave a sparkling legacy for new generations to emulate, or earn great trust, overflowing respect, and everlasting love from people, he/she must be well acquainted with excellent leadership skills. The ability to make right decisions during both tempting and pleasant times; create a rapport through excellent communication with people and work amicably and productively with them; seek advice and opinions from group members; above all, an expression of flexibility are essential leadership skills.
