Ethical concerns regarding employee treatment and discontentment in organizations have continually been at the forefront of employee unions. With employers aware of the strenuous trends to land careers in the present working circles, the remedy to employee mistreatment mirrors to be far from being found. Apple Corporation an American multinational technology firm has been one of the many organizations which has been reported in these scandals in the recent past. From the 2010 suicidal cases, Apple was of recent implicated by the BBC Panorama documentaries for significant breaches of employee working conditions in one of its Chinese firms at Pegatron. As per the investigations, findings draw on the scale of either the ethics of Utilitarianism or virtue ethics to which it was ascertained that the Company was in variation with the theories of Utilitarianism ethics.
