Introduction
Having taken over from the previous manager of orange team, as the new Manager of the collection of approximately $1.1bn debt which is raised to cater for funding of some clients. I am required to do away with the former manager’s strategies and come up with new one which will enable me in my progress with the portfolio to bring out and realize low cost of funding. This funding should be in line with the management’s standards. In addition to the above task, the company has got some products and some risk related to the firm as a global currency firm which all together needs to be managed of their behalf by me the current manager.
In order to achieve the required goals, the following initiatives are to be taken; coming up with new strategies and objectives and after demolishing the previous ones of the former manager of the previous quarter which ended on 15th September. As the new manager am required to come up with analysis showing the state of national and international economy of 2009 and I am also needed to forecast on how the QTC curve runs altogether with copper price and the Australian dollar. My final task being to list the proposed portfolio’s transactions which will have to fit the desired positioning.

Strategy and performance of previous manager for the quarter ended 15 September
The findings herein state that the former manager under performed to the benchmark’s requirements. He also violated the two of the management standards; the range was not in the year of the benchmark’s time limit and also more than 15% of the clients were found in waiting of the commercial paper facility class a case which is abnormal.
