Introduction
Most of the organizations depend on the research that leads to invention of new ideas and inventions. As such, healthcare organizations largely depend on the new inventions and ideas that come as a result of these researches. This is as a result of the improved performance of these organization that is led by the new invention and the new changes that are made after the implementation of these inventions. However, the implementation of these ideas in most organizations is challenged by a series of factors including the staff and the served customers. As a result, the project management is mandated to handle these challenges so that the organization can leap the benefits associated with the new project under implementation. The success of the management depends on how it effectively deals with these difficulties. As such, this essay focuses on how the management can prevent these hardships by applying the Schemer’s Theory U to handle the future as it comes. Also, the essay focuses on the way this will be solved in regard to quantum leadership.
Schemer’s Theory U suggests that the quality of the outcome of the project implementation is dependent on the value of awareness, and attention of the participants of the project. In turn, this requires the participants to inform the employees of the intended change to be made; thus they will be ready for the change. After the awareness, the participants should implement the changes accordingly and finally ensure that the change is made permanent and the organization functions as the change requires (Herold, Fedor, Caldwell & Liu, 2008). Additionally, for a new project to be successful implemented, there participants of this project should be champions. The championship of these participants depends on the personal behaviors and characteristics that helps in making of new and profitable innovation (Howell, 2005).
Additionally, in healthcare, leaders use quantum leadership theories that help them in controlling challenges that occur in these organizations for better servicing. As such, the management of the new project needs intellect leaders who will approach failure in new ways (Snowden, & Boone, 2007). These leaders are supposed to consider the new project and the ways of handling the challenges facing it that can be achieved by making good decisions.
