Both time and stress managements are interdependent. Proper time management among students minimizes stress associated with academic issues and performance. In graduate studies, it is recommended to put in place effective time and stress management strategies to ensure academic success.
To save time in my graduate studies, I intend to list all my responsibilities and activities and accord them time depending on their complexity and urgency. Organizing time and making realistic schedules is a crucial step to save time (Emmett, 2009). It entails making a “to-do” list and share work responsibilities with others: joining teams. Besides, I intend to make more friends with people I share many responsibilities and activities. They would make crucial part of my teams. I would prioritize most important activities and plan in time. Activities such as physical exercises will help relieve or reduce stress; hence, deterring me from situations that may consume my time inappropriately.
