Cultural Intelligence provides opportunities in developing an individual’s natural capabilities to understand the foreign customs and gestures of surrounding people or subordinates that he/she is accustomed to (Kim & Van Dyne, 2011). Cultural intelligence provides an exclusive perception for individuals and ample ideas to handle multicultural situations within the organizational assist in evolving diverse environment communications and lead the cross cultural diverse group of people in performing joint tasks and activities. There are various global obstacles which constitute a leader to be conscious, aware and develop abilities to manage various diversified situations and cultural mindset of people. A leader having high cultural intelligence also has better leadership tactics, greater judgement capabilities, innovative trait and creative in proper team building necessary for the organization.
