Introduction
The system theory used in the management setting is an open system. Open systems are a collection of infusion, products, goals, processes, learning, appraisals, and evaluation. The system exchanges howl round often with its exterior surroundings. Boundaries and exterior surroundings are elements most essential to open systems. Successful open system exchange feedback with exterior always surrounding, analyze and interpret that feedback and rearrange the inputs in a manner that can obtain the system's goals, and finally pass meaningful information back to the exterior surrounding. Boundaries of an open system are porous to allow the exchange of feedback to take place smoothly and clearly unlike closed systems with non-porous boundaries that allow the exchange of little information. Workplaces that have closed systems are unhealthy. The exterior environment comprises several needs and factors that influence the organization, but which cannot be controlled directly by the organization. Factors that may influence management include can be political, economic, social, and technological.
