The strategic plan of Green Light Café entailed stating the mission, vision, core values, environmental analysis, objectives goals, and strategies formulated. It is a six-year plan strategy. It also highlighted the various steps to be undertaken to achieve the set policies. The SWOT analysis was used to assess the internal and external factors influencing the performance of the organization. The objectives of the plan were quantified in terms of time, percentage, and amount. They were derived from the goals created for the project. The targets included; Capturing new markets, increase revenues, improve service unit cost, and reduce price levels of our products and services. The objectives were; achieve high sales volume in food purchases from non-white clients by 10% per annum decrease service time for clients by four hours a day and decrease operational cost by $200000 annually.
