The fashion design has incorporated the elements of design to enhance its aesthetics and purpose. The brown color of the apparel enhances its value, considering that it is a leather apparel. The separation of the top jacket and pants improve the silhouette of the garment. With regard to line, the apparel design integrates straight woven lines to create sharp corners that fit a dinner occasion (Evans & Thomas, 2013). The dark hue gives a sense of space and confidence in the garment. Besides, the monochromatic aspect of the garment gives it a smooth texture.
The elements and principles of design work harmoniously in the fashion design. The brown color and petite shape give a sense of balance and proportion in the design. However, the apparel lacks rhythm due to its monochromatic aspect.
