Summary
The article according to Kim Fong Poon-McBrayer, 2018 analyses the Head teacher’s understanding of the theoretical structure of the US-based Response to Intervention (RIT) and his approaches to activate the school workers to comprehend and apply the model to accomplish comprehensive education with principles of entire education set up. A total of 16 participants including the school principal were selected for the study concerning the conceptualization of the 3-row intervention model policy and contextualization of practices in Hong Kong (McBrayer, 2018). The journal elaborates on the conceptual framework of RIT and Hong Kong RTI policy which called for an efficient system of identification, instruction, and evaluation for learners with learning problems.
