Candies have become popular junk foods contemporarily. Candies entail types of food substances which have negligible or no nutritive value in a human body. Usually, these food substances contain a considerable amount of fats, salts, and calories. The texture of candies ranges from chewy, brittle, soft, and hard. Regardless of their textures, candies are made by dissolving sugar crystals in either milk or water. Chocolates are my favorite candies because they are sweet, have enhanced nutritional value, and are readily available.
The sweet nature of chocolates makes them the most common food flavors in the modern world. Personally, the sugary nature of chocolates makes me love them. In a day, I usually buy two or three chocolates. Especially, I like dark chocolates because they are colorful. Their flavoring ingredients which come from the ground and roasted cacao seeds make the chocolates appealing and pleasant (Mitchell, 2011). Besides, I prefer eating milk chocolates because they contain condensed milk which adds extra tastes in the candy. Overall, chocolates are my preferable candies because they are delicious.
