Spiritually, I am an atheist. I believe in the existence of a supreme being who controls most of the natural aspects of our life. I have some connection with God in various ways, emanating from a spiritual family's upbringing and attendance to religious duties. Generally, spiritual connection affects people ‘s lives and influences the way of life and daily mood. The research has indicated that spiritual people are happier than their non-spiritual counterparts (Rogoff, 2016). Due to the existence of hope and faith, despite the human suffering and earthly struggle, there is a supreme being that is in control of the very aspect of people’s lives. Therefore, spiritual people have an invisible psychological backup that allows peace and security regardless of how the situation might appear.
Secondly, the human race is very diverse. Despite having the same genetic makeup, there exist distinct differences among people. The existence of minor genetic makeup leads to different races and ethnicity. Race revolves purely on genetic makeup, biological characteristics, complexion, and bloodline (Leslie, King & Clair, 2019). For instance, people of different races exist globally, such as Caucasians, Hispanics, Latinos, Asians, and Africans. However, applications of ethnicity revolve around the cultural identity of a given faction of people. It is mainly based on common or related ancestry, linguistic linkages, customs, or cultural beliefs.
Culture is a crucial part of human origin; it creates the various rules that allow humans to interact with the surroundings and mould the memory and perception of man. Also, it determines the distinct alignment of our brains. It will enable us to interpret the world differently and communicate our ideas processing meaning, which can be a source of conflict when people of different cultures interact. Therefore, culture influences our beliefs and shapes individuals according to the different environment.
The most important aspects of life revolve around the purpose and the meaning of life. Family ties mean a lot to a human being sit provides a sense of belonging and a purpose of living. Friends make life beautiful by complementing on family love (Leider, 2015). Also, education matters most in assisting in self-development and efficient decision-making in an individual's life. However, health and wellness fill in the list as a sick individual cannot be productive or make sound decisions regardless of how educated one might be.
