There was a wide curtailment of sports participation since the 2020 period to reduce the viral spread of the infection. An imminent change is the occupational and tactical precautions and modifications required to participate in sports. Imminently, safeguarding the health of employees demands the postponement of sporting events at regional, national, and international levels. Question Two Issues and challenges that independent commercial organizers might face in the development of events include the engagement of both sports athletes and the broadcasting channels. The challenge can arise from a broadcasting house lacking the needed rights to broadcast a particular program or event. Thus, there needs to be a consensus on the issue since all games need to be broadcast for online and offline fans. Another challenge is technology. Technology has advanced over the years and athletes and sports organizers may find it challenging to incorporate all the needed aspects especially while showcasing diverse talents.
