Session justification on game plan
A game plan is a series of events or strategies worked out in advance in sports, that enables the team achieve set goals. These strategies make it easier for objectives to be met. A game plan is a blueprint of success that determines whether the team will perform well or win the game. To have a game plan is very necessary in any kind of sport. In this case I made a game plan for basketball. The game plan gave me a direction to follow as a coach to enable my team optimize their skills and energy to achieve our goal.
The game plan fueled our success and achievements in many ways. The game plan was a steadying force to us, it kept our head focused even when the game wasn’t going well as planned. It gave us confidence since we focused on the long term goals other than looking at the outcome of the game at the moment. To stick to the plan, we had to be very calm no matter the outcome of the game, we had to focus and remain discipline as we stuck to the game plan.
