LEADER BEHAVIOR EFFECT ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE

Institution Affiliation
The tactics that managers or leaders use in the workplace to get tasks done, usually influence the employee's performance. A harsh and vulgar leader, for instance, ends up with employees who mimic a similar behavior. This, in turn, creates an unpleasant working environment, hence, poor employees’ performance in such an organization. On the other hand, employees who thrive and succeed – and those who fizzle – are influenced by leaders and administrators who oversee the organization’s workforce.
Effective leadership behavior is one in which the leader motivates and inspires his or her employees to do better. Leaders make a mistake of only pushing their employees to complete tasks, but they forget to motivate and inspire them. It may not be a requirement, but motivating and inspiring leaders tend to unlock their potential and set them to entrain to perform better.
