How effectively the process happened heavily lies in the type of leadership in place. The situation begs for the question of how it looks like to exhibit leadership at the workplace.
Leadership at the workplace is mainly about channeling positive energy towards the right goals. The right objectives at the workplace are the organization's goals for every individual. A leader may be a dictator or an influencer depending on the ways of stamping authority on the juniors.
