Motivated behavior is currently under development environment, economy, competition among enterprises is becoming competitive human resources, and personnel occupy an increasingly important role in enterprise development. Research Questions and Problem statement
The workplace is an important environment that affects people's lives. It is a normal desire of personnel to gain more voice in the workplace, and the important way to gain voice is to gain power. According to statistical results, more than half of job-seekers said they have a greater need for power, and about 60% of them are people with work experience. People with work experience in the workplace have a higher need for power than those new graduates because they have been close to power and their desire for power is relatively high.
