Talent recruitment is an important way for enterprises to obtain talents, and is a core element of enterprise human resource management, which directly affects the quality of enterprise talent development. An efficient recruitment work can help companies attract more outstanding talents, which has a positive effect on improving corporate competitiveness and promoting corporate development. This paper mainly analyzes the problem of talent selection in corporate talent recruitment from the perspective of motivated behavior, and how to use motivated behavior to better complete corporate talent recruitment.
Research Questions and Problem statement
