Fate cannot determine the destiny, and the latter is not something that can happen to an individual without doing anything. Everyone must take action on the available opportunities, although they may seem like fate, they may open doors for his or her destiny. Some people have let their lives to rely on fate; however, their end has not been desirable compared to the ones who shaped their destiny.
