Different scholarly studies strive to prove the imperative nature of early childhood development and the environment, with the assumption that the resulting behavior and individual skills can easily be altered at an early age (Ghilzai et al., 2017). According to Ghilzai et al., (2017) most of the children use cartoons for fun (41 %), action (23 %), and learning (17 %). With the consideration of issues such as the role of television and early childhood entertainment, for instance, cartoons, common themes include the part of the animated films and child-based products on the development program with several issues considered for discussion (Engel & Sheppard, 2020). Therefore, the early exposure of children to the television poses several advantages and may also create several social-ethical issues.
