RNs can have a diploma, an associate degree from a community college, or a bachelor's degree in nursing educationally. Education for them includes a full view of basic nursing principles, clinical skills, and care of patients. APRNs put into practice advanced education at the master's or doctoral level (Moore et al., 2020). They are specialized in areas like nurse practitioner, nurse anesthetist, nurse-midwife, or clinical nurse specialist. APRNs are eligible for more extensive clinical training, acquire advanced competencies, and are experts in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Their education allows them to be placed in more intricate and specialized areas of healthcare than the RNs due to the foundational education (Moore et al., 2020).
