A dual relationship is a term that gets used to refers to a situation in which a variety of rules exists between, the involved parties, in our case, the rules might exist between the supervisor and the supervisee. Or the supervisee with the clients.In clinical supervision, dual relationships act as a pivotal role in the field of the director deals with a variety of customers, and this fosters the relationship(Cohen-Filipic, 2015).
The relationships can get categorized into various aspects. Some of them include; mandated, avoidable or unavoidable, in avoidable, the dual relationships take place to great conventions such as cities where many therapists exist. regionsregionsregionsOn the other hand, individual dual relationships are usually found in isolated areas such as the countryside or sectors that get inhabited by small minority groups, disabled groups or spiritual communities.

The ethical principles fail to get observed at some point due to the issues of multiple relationships that makes it difficult for the supervisors to cope with an observation of these principles of justice fairness, beneficence, maleficence, and veracity while dealing with their clients of their supervisee.
The failure to observe these codes brings about a variety of mishaps within the organization and might end up destroying almost all aspects of the organization including the governmental sector.By putting into consideration these ethical principles and using them as a guide in professional practice might play an imperative role in ensuring that dual relationship gets carried out in the correct manner.

Integrity is one of the professional value that students might apply. They might do this by maintaining academic honesty at all levels and taking credit only for their work. Also, using time management strategies might help. Observation of respect while dealing with peers, instructors, guests, and staff while demonstrating acceptance of diverse groups and not interfering or disrupting the learning of other students.
Another professional value that students might apply is that of observing professional attitude and behavior where they might opt to use language and terminologies that are appropriate for learning environments, dressing in a suitable manner for the environment and carrying themselves in a manner that presents a positive image. Students might also embrace a positive attitude while communicating in a sincere way and accepts constructive feedback willingly.
Adaptability, continuous learning, teamwork, and confidentiality are other professional values that students should embrace. For instance, students might adapt to changes in procedures and schedules, exhibit an open attitude and accommodate new ideas. Also, they might perform experiments with new techniques for completing tasks. Also, they might seek out learning opportunities, clarifications, and new methods of learning tasks. On teamwork, they might listen to the views of others give and receive feedback in a positive manner, manage conflicts professionally, being committed to tasks and communicating with team members on matters regarding tasks, meetings, and due dates. On issues concerning confidentiality, students should always maintain the confidentiality of their classmates and clients, avoid discussing items that a person share with them in a confidential manner, and avoid gossiping on social network sites or in person.
Some of the strategies that could get used to correct the problem include, educating students on all matters dealing with the application as well as the observation of ethical principles and all the professional values either at school or in the clinical areas so as to instill good morals from the beginning.Also employing the principle of primacy where all these aspects get taught to students in a proper manner from the start so as to shape their characters, behaviors and the look of things(Beinart, 2014).
Some of the areas of ethical conflict and concern include, confidentiality, this occurs when there lack some uniform parameters that can get used in measuring the level of secrecy of a particular information that gets disseminated, also, a conflict arises when information gets viewed or accessed by a party that lacks authorization to the information.
The financial aspects are usually some of the areas of concerns and conflicts that deals with finances arise when fraud gets committed either in small or large amounts.For instance in circumstances where office supplies get stolen from a company's supply closet possess as unethical behavior.Ethical conflicts that arise from dishonesty occurs because a company or organization fails to provide a comprehensive picture of information to its customers or employees(Reamer & Reamer, 2012). The above areas of ethical concerns can get addressed through an institution of a variety of measures.Some of these steps that could get taken to ensure that these unethical practices get discarded include; engaging In a discussion with the party that gets involved in carrying out the unethical behaviors might act as one of the strategies where a mediator might try to detect the actual problem that the involved parties faces.
Under extreme circumstances, legal interventions might get employed where the individuals who predicate in unethical behavior might get arrested and charge for their indulgence in an unacceptable code of conduct.
