The existence of this development has enabled mental healthcare practitioners to acquire skills and other diagnostic practices helpful in purposing of the case conceptualization, planning for the treatment process, education, communication as well as evaluation (Neulicht & Berens, 2015). Diagnosis is a phase of identifying a problem that becomes the aim of the counseling process. Treatment planning offers a road map for the counseling intervention. Whereas the treatment plans determines what the counselor and patient will be working on, together and the strategies that are going to be used to accomplish the goals. Rehabilitation professionals who give expert sentiment, both for pediatric and adult patients must continuously and objectively follow a uniform model for analysis. Furthermore, healthcare experts should be capable of defining and discussing their decision-making process in accordance with the published principles of practice and code of ethics. Conceptualization is a process of forming theoretical format of a phenomenon under study. Case conceptualization is, therefore, a process that entails case formulation in the treatment of mental disorders. Case formulation, consequently, is an important process in the mental healthcare profession. Case formulation is a process that requires necessary clinical skills for all mental healthcare experts worldwide for administration of treatment to clients. The incorporation of the expertise into the professional teaching and continuing education for mental healthcare professionals is therefore, compulsory. Within cognitive-behavioral tactics to mental fitness, case formulation is a central skill for all specialists. The basis of using case conceptualization by clinicians is to evaluate as well as making sense of client's requirements. Before carrying out any treatment to a mentally-ill patient, the experts should consider what type of treatment is suitable for which client to avoid the complications involved in conducting wrong treatment to patients. There are a variety of therapy options for mental health disorder from where the practitioner can choose from. Case conceptualization models have found use in the medical, nursing as well as rehabilitation literature over the years. Providing a structural framework for experts in determining features of a case and data to encompass in the analysis process through a description of key factors, constructs or/and variables to be examined (Harding et al. 2010). Case conceptualization involves three steps which are mandatory in the treatment process. The first phase entails the counselor thoroughly evaluating the client's fears by spotting, assessing and gaging their behaviors. Secondly, the expert organizes these observations and assessments in a chronological manner and measures the client's problems. Finally, the clinician chooses a theoretical orientation to interpret, explain as well as make clinical judgments on what the client is experiencing. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (IFC), published by World Health Organization is an example of a medical case conceptualization classic and classification structure with international acknowledgment. Social Cognitive Theory SCT is one of the world most known and used theoretical model by mental healthcare experts, developed by Bandhura. SCT states that the major contributor to behavioral transformation are result outlooks, and most notably, self-worth. Result outlooks refer to the individual expectations of indulging in a given behavioral activity whereas self-worth is a state of individual's confidence and faith that he/she can overcome certain obstacles and attain their goals (Lutes & Steinbaugh, 2010). As far as achieving one's goals against all the odds is important, some factors are influencing the result expectations and self-worth of an individual. These include the physical and environment, behavioral capacity such as skills, self-control, emotional coping reactions such as managing stressors that are likely to influence the target behavior.
