The creation of jobs from energy efficiency programs is positive. The state brings out the apparent impact on the economy. The fact-value of the economy is indicated. Using money protecting endangered species is wasted is normative. The statement gives a negative deviation in the marketplace (Vig, & Kraft, 2015). Privatizing fisheries for survival is normative. The impact on the economy is not guaranteed. Without privatizing the fish, then the economic value is absent. Transport increase cost lower suburban land values is normative. One factor affects another negatively, presenting that there is no commercial value. The plastic bag ban is counterproductive is positive. The statement shows that at the long ran of banning plastic bags, there is an importance. Taxing can be used.
Using a study conducted by Kraft (2015), I will recommend a policy on the regulation of emission limits for power plants. With Emission limit of power will encourage the use of renewable fuel sources. Renewable fuel sources produce a meager amount of carbon dioxide hence helping in reaching global norms. I will recommend on driving less and smart. Limited carbon dioxide will be created, and atmosphere levels will be reduced, imparting a positive effect on global averages.
