This is a knowledge translation project plan entailing activities aimed at solving a problem. The problem under study is oral health and hygiene in residential aged care facilities. For senior Aussies that can no longer survive comfortably at home, residential aged care is. To make it affordable and open, the Australian Government is supporting residential aged care. It is not a straightforward choice to leave your residence and join an elderly care home. It shouldn't have to be an overwhelming experience, however. The treatment and resources you need to preserve your health standard can be provided to you by an aged care home. Within a defined threshold, each home sets its rates, and costs can differ. What you'll have to spend depends on the venue you select and the revenue and assets being measured.
